  • Editorial corrections — Spotted an error in a review? Pricing changed? A feature we described no longer exists? Let us know and we'll fix it fast.
  • Product suggestions — Running a tool we haven't reviewed yet? We're always expanding coverage and reader suggestions drive our queue.
  • Vendor partnerships — If you work for a contractor software company with an affiliate program, we'd like to hear from you. Same goes for affiliate networks.

What We Can't Help With

To set realistic expectations:

  • Technical support for products we review — If your ServiceTitan install broke, your JobNimbus sync failed, or your QuickBooks integration stopped working, contact the vendor's support team. We're reviewers, not tech support.
  • Individual business consulting — We publish general recommendations for trade categories. We don't provide paid one-on-one advisory services on which software fits your specific operation. (Our reviews are designed to help you figure that out yourself.)
  • Legal, tax, or financial advice — Not our lane. Consult a licensed professional for anything requiring one.
  • Implementation help — We don't install, configure, migrate data to, or train your team on any of the software we review.

Response Times

We aim to respond within 3-5 business days. Corrections and urgent accuracy issues move to the front of the line. Partnership and press inquiries may take longer during busy publishing weeks. If you haven't heard back after two weeks, feel free to follow up — sometimes emails get buried.
