These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of contractortoolstack.com (the "Site") operated by Contractor ToolStack ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What This Site Is

Contractor ToolStack is an independent editorial publication that reviews contractor software, AI tools, and related technology. We write for roofers, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, general contractors, and other trades professionals making technology decisions for their businesses.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTOR TOOLSTACK AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM:

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we'll provide more prominent notice.
